TRIMBLE - HYDROpro Navigation Software
Faster, more accurate surveys in the marine environment are what today
Hydrographic Surveyors strive for. Taking advantage of new technologies to
increase quality and productivity are essential to provide the competitive edge.
Trimble’s HYDROpro software
Navigation is the real time survey module of the HYDROpro software used
for survey preparation, guidance and data acquisition. It provides the
elements required for real time navigation/guidance and data logging in the
field. This includes configuring vessel shape and offsets, equipment,
coordinate systems, guidance objects, events and data logging.
NavEdit is the graphical depth data visualization and cleaning tool that allows
you to edit depth related data recorded depth, heave and tide. It is also the
link between the Navigation and processing software components.
Processing is the data presentation and analysis tool. This provides standard
editing as well as specialised data processing, reporting and plotting. Suite is a
comprehensive hydrographic survey package designed for today diverse
hydrographic industry. The suite includes a complete range of data processing
software modules designed to complement the system’s Navigation (real time
navigation and data acquisition) module.

TRIMBLE - Terramodel
The Terramodel software is ideal for a range of survey work including the
processing of (conventional or RTK GPS) topographic surveys and control
networks, as well as CAD editing, and digital terrain modeling. The
Terramodel software is built around the concept that 3D points form the basis
of a surveying project. Each point has properties of position, elevation, layer,
color, name, and a unique point number/id.
The benefits of Terramodel’s unique dynamic database for the surveyor are
enormous. Creating a project is simple and straightforward. Raw survey data
is automatically reduced to points and lines and is contained in a single project
file. The final drafting is a reflection of your actual survey data.
Features:
- Data reduction and control network computations
- Deformation monitoring tools
- Automated drafting
- CAD editing, plotting, and digitizing
- Legal, cadastral, and boundary surveying tools
